Data Deletion Instructions

Effective July 17, 2026

You can ask StorySing to delete your account and personal information at any time. There is no fee for making a request.

How to request deletion

  1. Email privacy@storysing.me from the email address associated with your StorySing account.
  2. Use the subject line StorySing data deletion request.
  3. If your request concerns a WhatsApp conversation, include the WhatsApp number you used to contact StorySing. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, voice recordings, or identity documents in the first email.

We will confirm receipt and may ask for limited information needed to verify that the account or conversation belongs to you. We will not ask for your password or full payment-card number.

What we delete

After verification, we delete or permanently de-identify the StorySing account information covered by your request, including eligible stories, prompts, voice recordings, photos, generated-song files, WhatsApp sales-chat data, ad-referral identifiers, and connected social-account credentials.

Timing and legal exceptions

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Some payment, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and legal-compliance records may be retained for the period required by law or needed to establish or defend legal claims. Any retained information is restricted to those purposes and is deleted when the obligation ends.

WhatsApp choices

You can reply STOP in WhatsApp to stop automated sales messages. STOP prevents new automated replies but is not, by itself, an account-deletion request; use the email process above when you also want existing personal information deleted.

Connected platforms

You may also revoke StorySing access in the settings of Meta, WhatsApp, or another connected platform. Revoking access stops future platform access, while the email process above requests deletion of eligible information already held by StorySing.
