Refund Policy

Before generation begins
You may request a full refund before StorySing begins generating your personalized song.
After generation begins
Because each song is a personalized digital product, purchases generally become non-refundable once generation begins. Every song includes the revision described at checkout.
Technical problems
If your delivered file is corrupted, unavailable, materially incomplete, or does not reflect the information you submitted because of a technical error, contact us within 14 days. We will first remake or correct the song. If we cannot deliver a working result, we will refund the affected purchase.
Duplicate and accidental charges
We refund verified duplicate charges. If you selected the wrong package, contact us before using any song credits so we can help adjust the order.
How to request help
Email support@storysing.me from the purchase address and include your Creem order ID. You can also access Creem's customer portal from your receipt email to view payment details and available payment actions.
Processing time
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary and are outside StorySing's control. This policy does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
