Terms of Service

These terms cover the current StorySing service. Business identity and governing-law details should be finalized before live sales begin.

1. The service

StorySing helps you turn information, recordings, and creative preferences you provide into personalized music and related digital keepsakes. Features may change as the service improves.

2. Automated WhatsApp assistant

The WhatsApp pilot is an automated sales conversation. It may collect a short song brief, answer supported questions, and provide StorySing website links, but it cannot place an order, charge you, guarantee an output, or start song generation. Live WhatsApp handoff is not staffed during the pilot. Reply STOP to end automated messages; use the support email below when you need a person.

3. Your account and eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to purchase. You are responsible for accurate account information and activity under your account.

4. Permission to use voices and stories

You may upload or record only content you own or have permission to use. The free homepage voice preview may be used only with your own voice. For a paid song that uses another person's voice, you confirm that person has knowingly agreed to the recording and the requested use. You may not impersonate someone, create deceptive content, or use StorySing to harass, defraud, exploit, or mislead.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the stories, recordings, photos, and other material you provide. You give StorySing a limited license to host, process, transform, and store that material only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, subject to the choices described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Finished songs

After full payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to download, play, and privately share the finished song. Commercial release, resale, paid advertising, model training, or falsely representing AI-assisted work as a human performer's recording requires separate written permission.

7. Payments

Prices are shown before checkout. Payments, applicable taxes, receipts, and the payment portal are handled by Creem. You authorize the stated one-time charge when you complete checkout.

8. Revisions and refunds

Each paid song includes the revision stated on the pricing page. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. After an approved refund, finished songs already created remain available for playback, download, and private sharing, but the refunded purchase cannot be used for new generation, revisions, replacement voice processing, or production restarts.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law or another person's rights; create non-consensual voice replicas; distribute malicious, hateful, sexually exploitative, or fraudulent material; probe or disrupt the service; or evade usage limits.

10. Free previews, availability, and AI outputs

The free homepage experience currently provides up to two private previews in a 24-hour period, subject to capacity and abuse controls. A failed technical attempt may be returned, but free-preview availability is not guaranteed. Personalized outputs can be unexpected and may not be unique. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every output will match every preference. Tell us about technical errors and we will use reasonable efforts to correct them.

11. Termination

You may stop using StorySing at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or address non-payment. Where practical, we will give notice and a way to export eligible finished songs.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, StorySing is provided without implied warranties, and our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid StorySing in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
